摘要
构建基于就业导向的小教本科专业实践课程体系,目的在于使专业理论知识积累更加深厚,教育教学技能更加娴熟,并增强职业技能和实践能力,提高就业竞争力。通过分析小教本科专业特点及办学现状,提出基于就业导向的小教本科专业实践课程体系包括:小学教师基本职业训练课程,就业指导课程,社会实践课程,教育见习和教育实习课程,综合科研训练课程。
Constructing the curriculum system based on the employment oriented studies is to deepen the specialized education theory,strengthen the vocational skills and practical ability and improve the employment competitive.Based on the analysis of the characteristics and the present situation,the paper points out that the undergraduate practical study curriculum system should include： elementary school teachers＇ basic vocational training course;employment guidance course;social practice course;education apprentice and education practice course and comprehensive research training courses.
