摘要
基于"砒霜门"事件对利用石墨炉原子吸收法在检测分析中的数据准确性和重现性的背景下,探讨影响石墨炉原子吸收分析的质量控制以及测定过程中的影响因素,对实验前期准备、样品前处理方法、实验条件、标准曲线及样品测定的控制作一个讨论和综述。
On the background of arsenic events for data accuracy and reproducibility on the use of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry in the detection analysis,the impact of graphite furnace atomic absorption analysis to quality control and the affecting factors on the course of the experimental determination are discussed.The control during pre-treament,sample preparation method,experimental conditions,standard curves and sample determination are to be explored and overviewed
