摘要
农广校要自觉担当起农民科技培训的历史重任,把农广校办成农民可信任的培训机构;将农民培训工作与政府工作紧密结合,将转变农民思想观念教育与专业技术培训相结合,将农民培训与就近、就地就业培训相结合,注重培训实效,加强教师队伍建设,不断提高农民科技培训的水平。
Agricultural TV University should consciously take up the historic mission to train farmers＇ technology so that develop Agricultural TV University into a training institute that the farmers can trust.We should combine the work of farmers training with the work of government closely,combine the transformation of the education and professional ideas of farmers with the technical training,combine the training of farmers with nearby and local employment training,focus on training effectiveness,build up the ranks of teachers and constantly improve the level of technology training of farmers.
