摘要
目的 分析复杂螺栓联接工作载荷的分配, 并对某气缸盖螺栓进行抗疲劳设计. 方法 通过对螺栓预紧力的温度法模拟, 用有限元法计算螺栓拉力增量, 根据疲劳强度理论对螺栓进行校核. 结果 获得了螺栓的拉力增量ΔQ 值, 经校核, 原设计满足疲劳强度条件. 结论 运用有限元法可以方便经济地计算出复杂螺栓联接的拉力增量,
Aim To analyze the working load distribution of complex bolt connection, and to check the bolt fatigue strength of a cylinder head. Methods The finited element the mechanical method are applied to simulate the mechanical load of the bolt. The theory of fatigue strength is used to design the bolt connection. Results The tensile force increment Δ Q of bolts are obtained, and the original structure is proved to be satisfied to the fatigue strength condition. Conclusion The FEM can be used to computed the increment of axial force for complex bolt connection, and with which the ftigue design on bolt can be proceeded.
