摘要
以过硫酸钾为引发剂,以苯乙烯磺酸钠、甲基丙烯酸为单体,与自制的衣康酸-聚乙二醇大单体通过溶液聚合制备出一种聚羧酸水煤浆分散剂,用红外光谱、热分析方法对聚合物进行了表征和分析,并且探讨了单体配比、反应温度、引发剂用量对分散剂的影响,确定了较佳反应条件.结果表明,制浆浓度为68%的水煤浆,其表观黏度为783 mPa.s.
A novel polycarboxylic coal water slurry dispersant was prepared by solution polymerization of polyethylene glycol-itaconic acid ester and styrene sulfonate and methacrylic acid as monomers,with K2S2O8 as initiator.The macromolecular polymer was characterized and analyzed by IR,TG-DTA.The effects of the monomer ratio,reaction temperature initiator usage on the dispersant′s performance were investigated,which confirmed the optimal reaction condition.The result showed that,when the concentration reached 68% of the CWS,the apparent viscosity would be 968.33 MPa·s.
