摘要
采用混凝-电渗析相结合的方法对山西某高矿化度矿井水进行处理,混凝法旨在去除矿井水的浊度和悬浮物质,经混凝处理后的矿井水再进行电渗析脱盐处理.实验表明,矿井水浊度的去除率达到了96%以上;在工作电压为10 V、工作电流密度为7.86 mA/cm2时,出水完全符合工业水回用和生活杂用水水质要求,且能耗较低,具有实际经济效益.
The experiment use coagulation-electrodialysis to dispose high mineralized coal mine water of certain mining area of Shanxi.Coagulation method aim to remove tubidity and suspended solids,than using electrodialysis method to desalination.The results of study show that the removal rate of tubidity is over 60%,and on the condition that work voltage is 10 V and current density is 7.86 mA/cm2,the outlet can achieve industrial reused water and domestic miscellaneous water quality standards absolutely with low energy consumption,which have well economic benefit.
