摘要
在高速切削加工的高速电主轴的结构设计中,采用合适的轴承、合理的润滑方式、适宜的刀柄结构及对主轴系统进行动平衡等可以克服离心力的影响,有助于主轴转速的提高和满足性能要求.
In the design of high speed electrospindle structures,to overcome the influence of centrifugal force and increase the rotation speed of the spindle,its recommended to adopt suitable bearing,reasonable lubricating method,proper cutter lever structure and dynamic balance of spindle systems. [
