摘要
目的:探讨自拟愈疡方治疗复发性口腔溃疡(ROU)的临床研究。方法:将80例患者随机分为治疗组(40例)和对照组(40例),治疗组服用自拟愈疡方,对照组服用维生素B2片,含服华素片,外用冰硼散等。结果:治疗1-3个疗程后评定疗效,治疗组40例,其中显效30例(75%),好转8例(20%),无效2例(5%),有效率95%。对照组40例,其中显效12例(30%),好转10例(40%),无效18例(45%),有效率55%。两组显效率及有效率经统计学处理,P<0.05,差异有显著性意义。结论:自拟愈疡方可明显改善ROU患者的临床症状。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of self- made Yuyang Formula in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcers （ROU）. Methods ：80 outpatients were randomly divided into treatment group （40 cases） and control group （40 cases）. The treatment group were given self - made Yuyang Formula while the control group were given vitamin B2 tablets, Buccal Boracis Compsitus Tablets and ex- ternal Bingpeng San etc. Therapeutic effect in the treatment group was better than the control group. Results ： Therapeutic efficacy was e- valuated after 1 -3 courses. For 40 cases in the treatment group, of which 30 cases were markedly effective accounting for 75% ,8 cases were improved accounting for 20% and 2 cases were ineffective accounting for 5%. The effective rate was 95%. For 40 cases in the control group,of which 12 cases were markedly effective （30%）, 10 patients were improved （40%） and 18 cases were ineffective （45%）. The efficiency rate was 55%. The efficiency of the two groups was statistically processed and the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Self - made Yuyang Formula could significantly improve clinical symptoms of ROU patients.
