摘要
目的探讨祛疣搽剂的抗炎作用。方法设置3个实验组和3个对照组,采用单因素方差分析和重复测量方差分析方法统计分析祛疣搽剂对小鼠耳廓二甲苯致炎以及角叉菜胶致大鼠足趾肿胀的影响。结果高剂量祛疣搽剂能有效抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀和角叉菜胶所致的大鼠足趾肿胀,与生理盐水组比较差异均有统计学意义(P分别为0.02和0.04);而中、低剂量组与生理盐水组差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论高剂量祛疣搽剂具有抗炎作用。
Objective To explore the anti-inflammatory effect of Qu You liniment on Condyloma acuminatum.Methods Three experimental groups and three control groups were set up.The influence of Qu You liniment on xylene-induced acute inflammatory mouse ear and carrageenan induced mouse paw edem was analyzed by one-way analysis of variance（ANOVA）and repetitive measures ANOVA.Results High-dose Qu You liniment could inhibit xylene-induced acute inflammatory mouse ear and carrageenan induced mouse paw edem.There was significant difference between the high-dose Qu You liniment group and the normal sodium group（P=0.02 and P=0.04）.There was no significant difference between mid and low-dose Qu You liniment group and the normal sodium group（P0.05）.Conclusion High-does Qu You liniment possesses anti-inflammation function.
