摘要
目的评价CT对胃肠道病变检查在临床诊断中的应用和价值。方法 50例行胃肠道CT检查的病例,病人通过禁食、禁水,口服胃肠道对比剂后,行增强扫描,以手术病理结果为金标准。结果 CT检查诊断的胃肠道病变,定位诊断均与胃镜检查结果相符合,定性诊断符合率亦较高,达到84%。结论 CT对胃肠道病变的检出率高,能直观地显示病变及与周围器官的关系,具有较高的诊断价值。
Objective To evaluate the application and value of CT examination of gastrointestinal diseases in clinical diagnosis.Methods 50 cases undergoing CT examination of gastrointestinal diseases by fasting,water deprivation,oral gastrointestinal contrast agent were implemented the enhanced scan,the pathologic findings were as the gold standard.Results Gastrointestinal diseases of CT diagnosis,location diagnosis were consistent with endoscopy results,the compliance rate of location diagnosis was high,reaching to 84%.Conclusion CT detection rate of gastrointestinal diseases is high,and CT can directly display lesions and the relationship with surrounding organs,which has high diagnostic value.
