摘要
目的探讨糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者代谢的影响。方法将112名T2DM患者根据其HbA1c水平分为3组:1组(HbA1c≤7.5%),2组(7.5%<HbA1c≤10%)和3组(HbA1c>10%),检测比较其相关的临床指标,如病程、血压、血糖、HbA1c、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及C-肽等。结果 3组间总胆固醇、LDL呈递增趋势(F=3.74,P=0.027;F=6.70,P=0.002);空腹血糖(FPG)及餐后血糖均有明显的递增趋势(F=23.07,P=0.000;F=25.44,P=0.000);3组间UA呈递减趋势(F=4.16,P=0.018);空腹C-肽及餐后C-肽均呈递减趋势(F=4.55,P=0.013;F=13.83,P=0.000)。结论 HbA1c对2型糖尿病患者的总胆固醇、LDL、空腹及餐后血糖、UA、空腹及餐后C-肽有一定的影响。
Objective To investigate the effects of glycated hemoglobin level on metabolism in patients of Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM). Methods 112 patients with T2DM were divided into three groups according to the level of HbA1 c: Group 1 (HbA1 c~ 7.5 % ), Group 2 ( 〈 7.5 % HbAi c~ 10 % ) and Group 3 (HbA1 c 〉 10% ),and their clinical data of the course of disease, blood pressure, blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc), total serum cholesterol triglyceride and C-peptide were detected. Results The 3 groups showed an increasing trend in the total levels of serum cholesterol and LDL( F = 3.74, P = 0. 027 ; F = 6.70, P = 0. 002). The levels of FPG and postprandial blood glucose showed significant increasing trend in the 3 groups ( F = 23.07, P = 0. 000 ; F = 25.44, P = 0. 000). T he 3 groups showed a decreasing trend in U A( F = 4.16, P = 0.018), C-peptide( F = 4.55, P = O. 013) and also in the level of postprandial C-peptide ( F = 13.83, P = O. 000). Conclusion HbA1 c has some effect on the levels of total serum cholesterol, LDL, fa,~ting serum glucose, postprandial blood sugar, uric acid, fasting C-peptide and postprandial C-peptide in patients of Type 2 diabetes mellitus.
