摘要
公民意识的觉醒,不仅使公民对公权力更加重视,也使得越来越多的公民在公共空间显得过于偏激和执拗。公民社会的发展取决于合格的公民,而合格的公民素质包括具备公民理性和公民意识。基于此,分析了当代中国公民非理性现状,并对公民理性构建策略进行了探讨。
The awakening of citizenship consciousness not only results in a more attention to the public power but also too much extremes and stubbornness in the public space.A civil society depends on qualified citizens who are characteristics with citizenship reason and consciousness.The status quo of Chinese citizens is that they lack in enough reason and some strategies should be found to construct the citizen＇s reasons.
