实习护生对护理服务质量满意度的自我评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解实习护生对护理服务质量的满意度。方法采用自行设计的实习护生护理服务质量满意度自评问卷对在某三甲医院实习的60名护生进行问卷调查。结果实习护生对护理服务质量满意度自我评价单项得分均在3分以上;在热情接待入院患者方面得分最高,在护理操作技术的熟练程度方面得分最低;专科护生对各项护理服务质量满意度显著低于本科护生(均P<0.01)。结论护生对不同护理项目的自我满意度不同,不同学历的护生对护理服务质量满意度也不同,护理管理者和临床带教老师应根据其特点制定针对性的带教计划,以提高护生临床服务质量。 Objective To evaluate nursing students′ satisfaction with nursing service quality.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to evaluate 60 nursing students′ satisfaction with nursing service quality.Results The nursing interns scored over three points in each dimension,among which warm reception of patients scored the highest,while proficiency of nursing practice scored the lowest.Nursing students from junior colleges scored significantly lower than undergraduate students in each dimension(P0.01 for all).Conclusion Nursing students′ self-rating satisfaction with nursing service quality varied,and students with different educational backgrounds showed disparities in the appraisal.It is necessary for nursing managers and clinical teachers to develop corresponding teaching plans tailored to students so as to improve the quality of clinical teaching.
