贺开山区拉祜族学生低学业成就归因及对策研究

摘要 通过对云南省勐混镇贺开村拉祜族学生学习成绩差、学生间歇性辍学严重现象的深入考察,发现读书无用论的价值取向、早教缺乏、文化冲突等,是目前拉祜族学生低学业成就的真正原因。改善拉祜族学生低学业成就现状的对策是:加大对民族农村地区职业教育的扶持,加大对民族农村地区学前教育的投入,学校教育中要加强各民族间的交流。 Through a field work on the phenomenon of Lahu ethnic minority students' low grade and intermittent dropping out during schooling in Hekai community,Menghun town,Yunnan province,this paper points out that the idea of the uselessness of study,lack of pre-school education and cultural conflicts are the real reasons for these problems.The paper also points out that strengthening support on vocational education and increasing investment in pre-school education in rural areas,and enhancing communication between all ethnic groups in school would be the countermeasures to improve Lahu ethnic minority students' academic achievements.
