摘要
宅基地使用权纠纷主要包括宅基地权属纠纷、宅基地取得纠纷、宅基地流转纠纷、宅基地继承纠纷、宅基地使用纠纷、宅基地征收(拆迁)补偿纠纷、宅基地使用权收回纠纷、农村特殊主体的宅基地权益保护纠纷等八种类型,并各有其不同的纠纷表现形式。对于各类宅基地使用权纠纷,应在维护农村社会秩序稳定的原则上,通过合法途径加以解决。各类宅基地使用权纠纷分别有其相应的纠纷解决途径。从立法上彻底理顺各种法律之间关于宅基地使用权规定的相互矛盾之处,是解决宅基地使用权纠纷的重要途径。

Straightening out the conflicting legislation on the rural house - site rights is an important way to solve the rural house - site disputes.
