摘要
目的探讨经皮冠状动脉内支架植入术后患者的社区护理。方法以派发健康教育手册、上门访视、电话随访等方式进行系统护理康复指导和健康教育。结果患者遵医行为提高,无发生心血管事件,复查血压、血脂、血糖达到理想范围,心电图无异常,1年后冠脉造影复查,仅2例患者发生管腔再狭窄,发生率6.06%,支架内血栓发生率为零。结论对经皮冠状动脉内支架植入术后患者进行系统的社区护理康复指导和健康教育,可有效地预防远期并发症,提高患者生活质量,促进身心健康。
OBJECTIVE To study the community nursing of the patients performed the percutaneous intracoronary stenting. METHODS 33 patients with coronary stent was performed periodic systematized convalescence nursing instruction and health education by distributing health education manual, visiting and telephone follow-up. The content of the instruction and health education includes medication, exercise, diet, mental state, life style and family health education. RESULTS The patients compliance was improved, and no cardiac accidenth happened. The blood pressure, blood-lipid, blood glucose and ECG of patients were normal. Only 2（6.06%） patients suffered from coronanry artery restenosis. The coronary thrombosis rate was zero. CONCLUSION The community nursing systematized convalescence instruction can effectively preclude the late complication and improve the life style of the patient.
