随着对实验教学日趋重视,实验室技术人员的作用越来越重要.探讨如何提升实验技术人员的素质,发挥实验技术人员的积极性以及在实验教学和实验改革过程中所起的作用.
With more emphasis laid on experimental teaching,the functions of the laboratory technical personnel are reinforced.Focus on the discussion that how to improve the comprehensive quality of laboratory technical personnel,and to raise their enthusiasm and to bring their role into full play in experimental teaching reform.
