摘要
以马来酸酐和尿素为合成聚天冬氨酸(PASP),考察了磷酸和三氯化铝两种催化剂的催化作用,同时利用静态阻垢法评价了PASP的阻垢性能,测定了PASP与氨基三甲叉膦酸(ATMP)复配物的阻垢性能,结果表明:在原料比为1:0.5,170℃下反应3h,产率为91.09%,阻垢率为81.17%,PASP与ATMP1:1复配,浓度为10mg·L-1时阻垢率为92.92%。
The polyaspartic acid(PASP) is prepared with maleic anhydride and urea as material,the catalytic performance of H3PO4 and AlCl3 are investigated by static scale inhibition method,the scale inhibition ability of the complex of PASP and ATMP are determined,the result shows,when raw material ratic is 1:05,the temperature is 170 ℃,reaction time is 3 h,the yield of PASP is 91.09%,the scale inhibition rate of PASP is 81.17%,PASP and ATMP remixed at 1:1,when concentration is 10 mg·L-1,its scale inhibition rate is 92.92%.
