己酮可可碱联合阿司匹林治疗短暂性脑缺血临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察己酮可可碱联合阿司匹林治疗TIA的疗效。方法 60例TIA患者随机分成两组,14天为1疗程。治疗组30例给予己酮可可碱缓释片(石家庄制药集团欧意药业有限公司)400mg,2次/d,及阿司匹林(德国拜耳公司)100mg,1次/d,对照组30例给予拜阿司匹林100mg qd。观察两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组优于对照组,己酮可可碱片联合阿司匹林既可防止血栓形成,又能改善局部微循环,不良反应轻。结论己酮可可碱片联合阿司匹林治疗TIA临床疗效确切,近期疗效达96.7%。 Objective To observe the effect of TIA therapy with pentoxifylline in combined with aspirin.Methods 60 cases of TIA patients were randomly divided into two groups,14 days for a course of treatment.The treatment group was given pentoxifylline sustained release tablets(400mg bid,CSPC Pharma) and aspirin(100mg qd,Bayer),while the observe group were given aspirin 100mg qd.The clinical efficacy was observed.Results The effect of treatment group was better than that of the observe group.Pentoxifylline could prevent thrombosis in combination with aspirin,but also improve micro-circulation and adverse reactions.Conclusion Clinical effect of TIA therapy is precise to 96.7%.
