摘要
目的观察维A酸乳膏过氧苯甲酰凝胶联合治疗寻常痤疮的疗效。方法将184例Ⅰ~Ⅲ级（轻、中度）寻常痤疮患者随机分为两组;治疗组100例采用0.025%维A酸乳膏5%过氧苯甲酰凝胶联合外用;对照组84例则采用0.025%维A酸乳膏外用;两组内服药物相同,连用4周,判断疗效。结果治疗组有效率明显高于对照组,差异有显著性（χ2=7.58,P〈0.01）。讨论维A酸乳膏过氧苯甲酰凝胶联合应用,针对痤疮发病的多环节起作用,疗效满意。
Objective To observe the effect of vitamins A and benzoyl peroxide gel acid cream on acne vulgaris.Methods 184 cases of Ⅰ~ Ⅲ grade（mild,moderate） acne patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group（100 patients） was treated with vitamins A acid cream and 0.025% benzoyl peroxide 5% gel and the control group（84 cases） with vitamins A acid cream.Results The effective rate of treated group was significantly higher than that of the control group（χ2=7.58,P0.01）.Conclusion It is effective to treat acne vulgaris with vitamins A acid cream combined with benzoyl peroxide gel.
