摘要
目的总结经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术（plasmakinetic resection of prostate,PKRP）的术中循环支持的护理方法。方法 200例经尿道前列腺电切术患者,年龄55~90岁,根据术中不同时段的循环变化作相应处理。结果本组病人手术顺利,护理恰当,术后并发症少。结论维持前列腺电切术中循环稳定是有效减少手术并发症,提高手术效果,促进病人康复的重要保证。
Objective To summarize the nursing experience of circulation support in plasmakinetic resection of prostate per urethram.Methods Plasmakinetic resection of prostate per urethram were performed in 200 patients with hyperplasia of prostate,and corresponding process were adopted according to the circulation change in different stage in operation.Results The operation and nursing care were successful in all the 200 cases,and there were no nursing complications and few postoperative complications.Conclusion Keeping the stabilization of circulation in plasmakinetic resection of prostate per urethram is warrant to promote the patient with hyperplasia of prostate recruitment.
