摘要
以NaY分子筛、NaX分子筛、Al2O3和硅胶为载体制备非均相UV/Fenton反应催化剂,考察不同载体催化剂的活性和稳定性。结果表明,以NaY分子筛为载体的FeY催化剂性能最佳。探索了不同Fe2+负载量的影响。研究发现,Fe2+负载量为20%的催化剂重复性好,并且经500℃焙烧2h可以再生催化剂。采用UV-Vis图谱分析和不同反应体系的比较,表明在UV/FeY/H2O2反应体系中,亚甲基蓝分子的生色团被破坏,进而生成小分子中间产物,难以完全矿化;FeY的催化性能优于均相催化剂,UV、FeY和H2O2之间存在协同效应,在基准条件下反应60min后,脱色率和CODcr去除率分别达到96.95%和89.11%。
Heterogeneous UV/Fenton catalysts were prepared with iron loading on four kinds of supports,including NaY zeolite,NaX zeolite,Al2O3 and Silica gel.After comparing the activity and stability of catalysts,it was found that FeY catalyst prepared with the support of NaY zeolite has the best property.The influence of amount of Fe2+ immobilized on FeY catalyst was studied.The results show that the catalyst with 20% Fe2+ loading can be reused with a good stability and be reproduced by calcination at 500℃ for 2h.By analysis of UV-Vis spectrum and comparison of different reaction systems,results show that in UV/FeY/H2O2 reaction system,the chromophores of Methylene Blue(MB) molecules were destructed,but the small molecules of intermediate product did not be completely mineralized.The heterogeneous FeY catalyst has a higher catalytic activity in comparison to the homogeneous Fe2+ catalyst.There exists synergetic effect among UV,FeY and H2O2.Under the standard conditions,the color and CODcr removal rates reached 96.95% and 89.11% respectively after 30 min reaction in the heterogeneous UV/Fenton system.
