Add-on Gas Chamber Technique for Depressing Load Over Cover System of Underwater-launched Missile

摘要 提出了筒口附加气室的筒盖系统降载方案,基于无相变轴对称VOF模型和动网格技术对附加气室体积、连通长度与筒盖受载特性之间的关系进行了建模仿真,根据附加气室体积的不同和连通环节接口长度的不同,选取4种工况进行了计算.不同工况结果的对比分析表明,附加气室确实对筒盖系统具有降载效果,且附加气室体积越大、连通长度越长,正压峰降载的效果越明显;负压峰载荷只有附加气室体积和连接长度足够大后才具有降载效果.该结果对于指导筒盖系统降载方案的设计和实施具有重要指导意义. An add-on gas chamber technique for depressing load over cover system of underwater-launched missile was brought forward.Using 2-D axisymmetric model based on dynamic meshing technology and VOF model without phase transformation,the effects of volume and interface length of add-on gas chamber on load characteristics over cover system were modeled and simulated.According to different volume of add-on gas chamber and different interface length,four binds of working conditions were chosen.The results of different working conditions were compared and analyzed.Using this load-depressing technique,load characteristic over the cover is reduced obviously.The peak of negative pressure can depress load only when the volume of add-on gas chamber is big enough and the interface is long enough.The bigger the volume of add-on gas chamber and the longer the interface,the more obvious the effect of depressing load over cover system.The result offers reference for depressing load over cover system.
