摘要
文章从双语教育的类型入手,对新疆双语教育发展历程、现实基础和客观条件进行了阐述,并结合对少数民族双语教师和学生语言使用、语言态度及对现行教学模式的调查问卷分析,笔者认为,在新疆这个多种语言和多元文化并存的人文生态环境中,"部分课程汉语授课"模式(模式一)的教学是对学生双语能力进行有目的的培养、鼓励和促进,能充分发挥学生的认知系统,照顾到学生两种语言的运用,有利于达到"民汉兼通"的目标,应该是新疆双语教育的主要类型,是新疆双语教育在一个较长时期内必然选择。
This paper chooses the classification of Bilingual education as the standing point to make a careful analysis by progress,reality basis and objective conditions of Bilingual education in Xinjiang.Take a consideration of the present situation in Xinjiang the area which jointly existed the diverse languages and mixed cultures,the author thinks that in terms of the reality of unbalanced bilingual Phenomena in Xinjiang.We take the main mode "Some courses can be taught by Han Language" The model Ⅰ of the Education Department which is fit to the present situation in Xinjiang and which is also considered as the indispensable and solitary choice that we are required to insist in Xinjiang for a long time.
