摘要
文章通过对国外一些国家和国内一些地区各具特色的双语教师培训模式的探析,总结新疆少数民族双语教师培训模式的教育规律,深入研讨新疆少数民族双语教师培训模式的现状、特色、存在的问题及发展趋势,探讨符合新疆少数民族双语教师培训的模式,力图对提高新疆少数民族双语教育教学质量有所裨益。
As the main resources and organizers of Bilingual Education, bilingual teachers play a key role in the accomplishment of the Bilingual Education in Xinjiang. Based on the study of the training mode of the bilingual teachers home and abroad, this paper intends to find a better training mode of the ethnic bilingual teachers in Xinjiang through the analysis of its present situation, characteristics, the potential problems and its development.
