摘要
目的探讨小叶黑柴胡茎叶总黄酮(TFA)体外抗氧化活性。方法采用分光光度法,测定小叶黑柴胡茎叶总黄酮对DPPH.自由基、.OH自由基和O2-.自由基的抑制效果,考察小叶黑柴胡茎叶总黄酮的体外抗氧化能力。结果小叶黑柴胡茎叶总黄酮对DPPH.自由基活性、.OH自由基和O2-.自由基的清除率可达94.67%、93.60%和90.04%。结论小叶黑柴胡茎叶总黄酮具有很好的抗氧化活性。
Objective To determine the antioxidant activity of flavonoids of the aerial part of Bupleurum smithii Wolff var.parvifolium(TFA) in vitro.Methods Scavenging effects of the total flavonoids from the aerial part of Bupleurum smithii Wolff var.parvifolium on DPPH free radical,hydroxyl free radical,and superoxide free radical were determined by spectrophotometry.Results Flavonoids of the aerial part of Bupleurum smithii Wolff var.parvifolium possessed strong scavenging activity on DPPH free radical hydroxyl free radical,and free superoxide radical with corresponding maximum scavenging rate 94.67%,93.60%,and 90.04%.Conclusion The total flavonoids of the aerial part of Bupleurum smithii Wolff var.parvifolium have strong antioxidant activity.
