摘要
白体血清（血浆）因其含有人体所需最基本、较齐全的营养成分和生物活性物质及细胞生长因子等,加上其是抽取患者的静脉血经立即离心分离后所获得的自体成分,来源方便、制备简便、安全有效、新鲜无污染、无刺激、无过敏、无毒副作用等特点,在现代医学研究及临床医疗和护理中的应用越来越广泛.为了不断探索自体血清（血浆）疗法在临床应用的新途径、新方法和新技术、进一步阐明白体血清（血浆）在临床应用过程中的治疗方法、作用机制和实际疗效等,本文通过对自体血清（血浆）在临床治疗和护理等领域中应用的检索文献进行综述,揭示自体血清（血浆）疗法充分利用其生物化学成分的广谱性及其生物学特性的多样性,在眼科、骨科、神经内外科、血液科、口腔科等相关疾病的临床治疗方面发挥着积极作用、且其有效性、安全性、稳定性在临床医学应用方面具有明显优势和独到之处.
Containing many basic human nutritional ingredients,bioactive substances and cell growth factors inside and being obtained through immediate centrifugation of the patient＇s own venous blood,autologous serum（plasma）embraced the characteristics of being source available,easily made,secure and effective,fresh and clean,and without stimulation,allergic reaction,and toxic side effects,which enabled it to be increasingly widely widely used in modern medicine study and clinical treatment and nursing.In order to explore new approaches,methods and techniques of the clinical application of autologous serum（plasma）therapy and further illustrated the treatment methods,functional mechanism,and actual effects of the clinical application of autologous serum （plasma）,this paper reviewed the literature on the application of autologous serum（plasma）in fields such as clinical treatment and nursing,and unveiled the active role that autologous serum （plasma）therapy played in clinical treatment of eye and bone diseases,neurological disorder,blood and oral diseases,as well as other related diseases due to the broad spectrum of its biochemical composition and its diverse biological characteristic. This paper also found that autologous serum （plasma）therapy was advantageous and unique with its efficacy,safety,and stability in clinical application.
