摘要
目的:探讨彩色多谱勒超声应用于甲状腺肿瘤的临床诊断效果。方法:1734例甲状腺肿瘤患者被给予彩色多谱勒超声诊断,并对其诊断结果进行分析。结果:与组织活检结果相比,超声诊断结果无显著性差异(P>0·05),显示了较好的诊断效果。结论:彩色多普勒具有多种显著的优点,可迅速判断病情,为患者的治疗提供准确参考,提高患者生活质量,值得在临床上应用和推广。
Objective： To explore the clinical diagnostic effect of color Doppler flow imaging （CDFI） used for diagnose of patients with tumor of thyroid gland. Methods： 1734 cases of patients with tumor of thyroid gland were diagnosed with color Doppler flow imaging （ CDFI）, and the result was analyzed, then. Results ：There was no significant difference between CDFI and biopsy （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, it showed good diagnostic effect of CDFI. Conclusions： CDFI has various advantages, can judge states of disease quickly, provide advices for treatment and improve life quality of patients, and so it deserved promotion and application in clinical work.
