摘要
通过对蜗轮滚刀基本蜗杆齿面通用方程详细的推导和研究,利用该方程求得3 种基本蜗杆的轴向齿形和齿形角,从而为车制出准确的3 种基本蜗杆提供了理论依据。同时利用该方程还可以对蜗轮、蜗杆副及螺旋伞齿轮副的啮合原理进行深入的分析和研究。
This paper sets up the general equation for worm basic tooth surface of the hobs. With this function three axial teeth shapes and angles can be obtained. It establishes theoretical form for making these three correct worms. It also describes the engaging principle of worm pairs, spiral bevel gear pair.
