微速差双转子整机动平衡仪的开发与研究 被引量:2

摘要 在分析了微速差双转子系统信号特性的基础上,开发了一套便携式智能化单双转子整机现场动平衡仪,包括模拟信号处理,微处理器的硬件系统和智能信号数字处理的软件系统。该仪器实现信号跟踪滤波,信号自动处理,结果自动输出等功能。仪器进行了实验室测试和现场测试,其平衡效果都是令人满意的。 On the foundation of analyzing the signal of double shaft system with small speed difference, developed a portable intellectual device for field balancing of single shaft and double shaft rotating systems; including the hardware system for the signal measurement and processing and the software system for intellectual digital signal processing. The device also include many function such as automatic tracing filtering, processing of signal, output of result and etc. The device was tested in the laboratory and in the manufacturing filed, gaining a satisfactory result.
