摘要
在当前形势下,大学毕业生对劳动力市场的超量供给,进一步加大了大学毕业生就业形势的严峻性,这引起社会尤其是各级政府的高度关注。本文拟对政府在大学生就业环节中的作用和缺失行为进行分析,提出存在的主要问题和原因,进而着重就我国大学生就业中的政府行为的优化选择进行分析,建议从价值导向、政策调整、监督管理以及服务指导等方面进一步优化政府行为,以期缓解大学生就业压力,促进高等教育事业持续健康发展,实现人力资源的有效配置,推动我国经济社会又好又快发展。
In the current social situation,the excess supply of college graduates in the labor market has increased the seriousness of the employment situation, particularly the government should pays much attention to this.Based on analysing the Government＇s loss of behaviors and roles in the college employment the paper puts forward the main problems and causes,then focuses on the government＇s opimized options in college employment,and suggests the government take measures to relieve the pressures on the college employment in the value-oriented,policy adjustment and supervisions in herder to promote sustained and healthy development of higher education,achieve effective allocation of human resources and promote good and fast development of national economy.
