翻译性理解是以翻译为目的的，它是翻译成败的关键。译者必须对英语原文进行认真分析，彻底弄清词义，理解词语在句子中的修饰关系、指代关系、句法关系和逻辑关系等，只有这样，才能做到准确、深刻、完整地理解原文，才可以确保译文质量。
The purpose of the understanding for translation is to translate. And this underestanding determines the success or failure of the translation. Therefore a translator must analyse the orginal of English earnestly, make clear the meaning of every word fully, and understand the relations of the words in sentences such as modification, referent, syntax and logic. This can make you understand the orginal accurately, deeply and completely and ensure the quality of your translation.
