聚丙烯酸-b-聚(4-乙烯基吡啶)阴阳离子嵌段共聚物的合成及自组装

摘要 通过原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)合成了聚丙烯酸叔丁酯-b-聚(4-乙烯基吡啶)嵌段共聚物(PtBA60-b-P4VP50),并用核磁共振(1HNMR)、红外光谱(IR)和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)封嵌段共聚物进行了表徵,确定了嵌段共聚物的结构。PtBA-b-P4VP在碱性条件下水解得到同时含有阴阳离子的新型嵌段共聚物(P4VP5-一b—P(Aa46-CO—tBA16)。通过激光光散射和透射电子显微镜等研究了PtBA60—b—P4VP50和P4VP50-b—P(Aa46-CO—tBA16)在选择性溶剂中的自组装行为,选择性溶剂的性质封自组装膠束的形态结构具有显着的影响。 In this thesis, poly (tert-butyl acrylate)-b-poly (4-vinyl pyridine) (PtBA-b-P4VP) ionic block copolymers were synthesized by using atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) and characterized by NMR, PTIR, GPC. The nature of selective solvent influenced the diameter of PtBA60-b-P4VP50 micelle evidently. Block copolymer PtBA60-b-P4VP50 can self-assemble into core-shell micelle in selective solvent tetrahydrofuran (THF), ethyl acetate and n-hexane. Di-ionic block copolymer P4VPso-b-P (AA46-co-tBA16) can self-assemble into aggregates in aqueous solutions with pH 2 and pH 11. The hydrodynamic diameter of the aggregrates was 230.2 nm and 167.1 nm, respectively.
