改良经椎间孔椎体间融合术在治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ度腰椎滑脱症中的运用 被引量：16

摘要 [目的]探讨改良的经椎间孔椎体间融合术在治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ度腰椎滑脱症中的疗效。[方法]自2007年10月～2010年2月对31例腰椎滑脱症运用改良的经椎间孔腰椎椎体间融合技术治疗,男18例,女13例,年龄35～70岁,平均51岁。采用日本骨科学会腰痛评分标准（JOA评分）进行评价,并测量滑脱复位率。[结果]术后1 d JOA评分改善率32%～100%,平均65.5%,末次随访JOA评分改善率40%～100%,平均76.6%,滑脱复位率为82%,临床疗效满意84.2%。内同定材料无松动,断裂。Cage融合器位置及形态正常。[结论]改良经椎间孔椎体间融合术是一种治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ度腰椎滑脱症的有效方法,对腰椎的生物力学性质影响较小,允许患者早期下床活动,疗效满意。
