某煤制油工程职业有害因素分析

摘要 目的识别煤基合成油生产过程中存在的易燃、易爆、有毒、有害等多种潜在职业有害因素。方法在工程分析的基础上对生产过程中的有害因素来源及重点职业病危害因素的分布进行识别。结果该项目建成投产后工作场所中存在的职业有害因素有化学毒物、粉尘及物理因素等。结论该项目存在大量职业有害因素,应在工程设计的基础上加强个体防护,防止职业中毒和职业病的发生。 [Objective]To identify a variety of flammable,explosive,toxic and harmful potential occupational hazards in production process of coal-based synthetic oil.[Methods]Based on the engineering analysis,sources of harmful factors and distribution of key occupational hazards in the production process were identified.[Results]Occupational hazards existed in the workplaces after the completion of the project were chemical toxicants,dust and physical factors in the production process.[Conclusion]A variety of occupational hazards exist in this project.It is necessary to strengthen individual protection on the basis of engineering design to prevent occupational poisoning and occupational diseases.
