摘要
哈萨克民族传统婚姻家庭制度经历了从传统社会的习惯法到现代社会制定法逐渐变化的过程,其内容涉及婚姻和家庭的诸多方面,具有鲜明的民族和宗教特点。了解哈萨克族传统婚姻家庭制度,有利于在实行民族区域自治过程中,结合少数民族婚姻家庭特点,更好地贯彻现行的婚姻家庭制度,这对于加强民族团结,创建和谐社会,稳定社会秩序,将起到极大的促进作用。
The traditional Kazakhs marriage and family institution has witnessed a gradual evolution from the unwritten law in ancient times to positive law in modern times,which involves many aspects of marriage and family and is of distinct ethical and religious characteristics.To understand the traditional Kazakhs marriage and family institution contributes to better implementing the current positive law related to marriage and family under the background of the regional national autonomy,which will further play an important propelling role in enhancing unity of nationalities,establishing a harmony society in minority ethical groups and promoting the social stability.
