摘要
研究了一种铁基合金涂层在室温和高温下的滑动磨损特性。结果表明,该涂层在室温和高温下都具有良好的抗磨性能;磨损面上覆盖着大量由粉状氧化物磨屑或致密的氧化物层形成的保护层,有效地减少了对磨材料的直接接触,从而减少了磨损;磨损面上存在大量的擦伤现象,铁基合金涂层室温和高温下的主要磨损机制是以剥层形式出现的应变疲劳磨损。
The wear behavior of a vacuum me1ting Fe-base alloy coating at room and high temperature has been studied. The results showed that the coating exhibiled good wear-resistance. A large number of oxide wear debris or a compact oxide layer covering the worn surface during wear process effectively decreased the direct contact between the two materials. and thus reduced the wear of coating. The scuffing phenomenon on worn surface indicated that the main wear mechanism of the coating at room and high temperature was strain fatigue wear.
