摘要
目的探讨老年人上消化道穿孔的诊治方法及治疗效果。方法回顾性分析36例老年人上消化道穿孔的临床资料。结果 36例患者均行胃十二指肠穿孔修补术。31例痊愈出院,5例死亡。结论老年人上消化道穿孔早期症状隐匿。早期确诊,早期手术与预后密切相关。手术方式应考虑多方面因素,简单有效的手术方式可提高手术成功率。
Objective To summarize the experiences of the diagnosis and treatment for the upper digestive tract perforation in the elderly patients.Method Retrospective analysis was preformed for the clinical data in the 36 elderly patients with upper digestive tract perforation.Results All the 36 patients were performed perforation repair operation.31 cases recovered and 5 died.Conclusion The symptom is inconspicuous for elderly patients with upper digestive tract perforation.Multiple factors should be taken into consideration in the selection of operative methods and only simple and efficient operation can increase the opportunities for success.
