摘要
以流体力学基本方程和燃烧反应方程为基础,建立k-ε湍流模型和燃烧模型,对管道内可燃气体泄爆过程进行模拟,讨论了泄压口比率大小对管道内爆炸压力与火焰速度的影响规律。研究发现:当泄压口比率小于30%时,爆炸压力与火焰速度峰值随泄压口比率呈急剧变化的线性关系;而当泄压比大于30%时,爆炸压力与火焰速度几乎不受泄压口比率的影响。
The k-ε turbulent model and the combustion model were presented on the basis of fluid mechanics equations and combustion reaction equations;the venting process of flammable gas was numerically simulated in pipeline.The impact law of the pressure orifice ratio to explosion pressure and flame velocity was discussed.It is a linear relationship between pressure and peak velocity with size of pressure orifice when the pressure orifice ratio is less than 30%,and two parameters scarcely change with pressure orifice ratio for more than 30%.
