The Metal Tantalum in Orthopedic Applications

摘要 阐述了钽金属的生物学特性及钽金属在人工关节、骨坏死、脊柱、骨缺损等骨科领域的应用现状。钽金属在骨科疾病治疗中的早期临床效果令人满意,但仍需在钽金属与其他金属作为骨科植入物的对照性研究、不同钽金属植入物的适应证等方面进行更深入的研究,其作为骨科植入物材料的种种优点需要大量临床病例长期随访验证。 This paper describes the biological characteristics of the metal tantalum(Ts) and the application status of tantalum in artificial joints,bone necrosis,spine,defects of bone and other aspects of bone.The early clinical application results of tantalum in bone diseases were satisfactory,but it is necessary to do further study of tantalum in a deep going way,and further detailed comparison between the tantalum with other metals as orthopedics implants.The advantage of tantalum materials as orthopedic implants still needs to be verified by a great deal of clinical cases for a long period of time.
