摘要
依据电子结构理论,应用常用合金元素在含1-0 % C钢中奥氏体及马氏体中的相结构因子和含1-0 % C 的马氏体内界面价电子结构计算的数据,设计出1 种新的Cr23SiMo 高合金耐磨钢;介绍了复合铸造承受较大的小能量多冲击和磨损的耐磨件的工艺及Cr23SiMo 的性能。
According to the valence electron structure theory,a new kind of high wear resistance steel of Cr23SiMo has been designed based on the phase structure factor of common alloying elements in austenite and martensite in steels with 1.0%C and the calculation results of the valence electron structure of those elements on the interfaces in martensite with 1.0%C The wear resistance workpiece made by compound casting technique works under the low energy multiple impact condition and the properties of Cr23SiMo are also introduced
