轧制纯钼杆与掺杂钼杆高温性能及组织研究 被引量:2

Study on High-temperature Property and Microstructure of Rolled Pure Molybdenum Rod and Doped Molybdenum Rod

摘要 为了研究钼杆在拉伸前的组织和性能,合理地制定钼丝的拉伸工艺,利用Gleeble-1500热模拟机,在1000~1200℃分别对准6.0 mm的轧制态纯钼杆和掺杂钼杆进行了高温拉伸试验,并通过光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜分析了轧制前后钼杆的组织变化及高温拉伸断口形貌。结果表明,纯钼杆和掺杂钼杆在拉伸前的最高抗拉强度分别为175和223 MPa;最大伸长率分别为43.8%和37.3%。两种材料在高温下的断口形貌均表现为韧性断裂。 In order to study the microstructure and performance of molybdenum before drawing process,and to formulate drawing process reasonably,high temperature tensile tests of pure molybdenum rod and doped molybdenum rod with the diameter about 6.0 mm were performed on Gleeble-1500 at deformation temperature of 1000℃~1200 ℃.The microstructural changes and fracture appearance of molybdenum rods were analyzed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope before and after rolling.The test results show that maximum tensile strength of pure molybdenum rod and doped molybdenum rod is 175 MPa and 223 MPa,respectively,and the maximum elongation is 43.8% and 31.4%.The fracture appearance of both materials belongs to ductile fracture.
