摘要
研究了铸造尺寸效应和加工尺寸效应对铸造高温合金K417G高温性能的影响,结果表明、未经机械加工的K417G合金薄壁试样的高温持久性能与标准试样相当,无薄壁效应;而经大余量机械加工得到的薄壁试样,其高温持久性能下降。
The effects of specimen size in original as-cast form and machined form on hightemperature properties of cast superalloy K417G have been studied. The results show that hightemperature stress-rupture life of original as-cast thin-wall specimens is nearly equal to that of the standardones, i.e. there is not thin-wall effect. However, the high-temperature stresss-rupture life of thin-wall specimens machined from thick-wall ones decrease, i.e. the thin-wall effect. More microporosities and less thenumber of grains in the cross section of machined thin-wall mainly cause the decrease of properties.
