摘要
对减速机高速轴的断口宏观形貌、金相组织、化学成分、硬度等进行了观察和测试。结果表明,减速机高速轴未按制造图纸要求选用42CrMo钢,使用前也未按要求进行调质处理,原材料的组织缺陷以及键槽的设计位置不合理导致其发生早期断裂失效。
The macrograph and microstructure of high-speed shaft in reducer was observed.The chemical composition and hardness were measured.The results show that the raw materials and heat treatment of the high-speed shaft do not accord with the requirements;the structural defects of raw materials and the unreasonable position of keyway are also the reasons for fracture.
