摘要
信息时代科学技术发展迅速，信息交流广泛，竞争激烈，需要高水平高素质的人才．提高人的基本素质，包括学习能力和应变能力显得格外重要．高等院校的教育面临着新的机遇与挑战．本文分析了建筑环境与设备专业暖通方向的现状，提出了暖通方向教学改革和建设的一些初步设想：建成基础知识牢固，专业覆盖面广，实践多的教学模式．发展学生素质，提高教学质量．
In view of the development of society,the higher education has to be reformed.Because of the demand of society,new patterns of teaching must be established.Students must have a wide range of knowledge,master the basic skills,put what they have learned into practice,cultivate their quality and improve their ability to analyse and solve problems.
