摘要
采用机械搅拌装置,利用半固态金属加工技术能破碎细化初生相的优点,对过共晶Al-Si合金进行半固态加工及变质细化复合处理,并对其金相组织进行了分析。结果表明,过共晶Al-25%Si合金中,共晶硅可直接依附于初晶硅生长;P、RE的双重变质才能细化共晶硅,同时改变其形貌。
Semi-solid metal process has advantage of breaking primary phase.In this paper,a mechanical stirring apparatus is designed to produce semi-solid hypereutectic Al-Si alloy billet with tiny primary phase by semi-solid process and modification.Metallographic analysis results show that the eutectic silicon can grow directly attached to the primary silicon in Hypereutectic Al-Si Alloy.And only double P and RE can get the modification come true,and change its topography.
