摘要
涡轮增压器壳体是汽车涡轮增压器的关键部件之一。本文概述了涡轮增压器壳体用材质的化学成分、性能特点及其在铸造生产中所存在的问题。指出采用壳型铸造、覆膜砂制芯、发热保温冒口等工艺,同时合理控制浇注温度及炉前合金化处理,是获得优质壳体铸件的有效途径。
Turbine housing is one of the key components of the automotive turbocharger.This paper summarized the chemical composition,property characteristics of materials used as turbine housing and the problems in the casting of turbine housing.Indicating that it is an effective way to obtain high quality castings using shell molding,resincoated sand coremaking,exothermic and insulating riser and controlling pouring temperature and melt alloying reasonably.
