摘要
分析了立管系统类型及其建造方法的基础,讨论了深水立管环缝疲劳性能研究与应用方面的代表性成果。指出,现行的UK BS7608标准对单面焊接环缝惩罚过于严厉,以至不利于采用该技术建造的钢悬链线立管的推广应用,并提出了在深水工程开发中有关立管环缝疲劳研究的若干建议。
Based on the introduction of riser system types and its construction technologies,some representative results about the fatigue performance of girth weld in deep-water riser piper in the past ten years were reviewed,and it was points out that the widely used fatigue design rule of UK BS7608 is overconservative for riser girth welds made from oneside and is not benefit for the application of steel catenary riser.At last,some suggestions about fatigue performance were proposed to study in deep-water development in China.
