摘要 人工关节置换术是治疗终末期骨关节疾病和老年股骨颈骨折最有效的方法之一,已应用于临床半个多世纪,它可以显著地提高患者的生存质量。尽管该治疗手段疗效确切,但术后远期的主要并发症——骨溶解和无菌性松动,
