异型坯连铸二冷工艺优化研究 被引量:3

Optimization of Secondary Cooling Technology in Continuous Casting of Beam Blank

摘要 基于二冷区传热的基本原理和异型坯凝固传热特点,建立了异型坯凝固传热模型;通过现场测试铸坯表面温度和坯壳厚度对数学模型进行修正,得到了异型坯连铸过程中表面温度随时间变化的规律;同时,对原有二冷制度进行了评估,提出了合理的二冷改进措施。通过二冷工艺的优化,提高了二次冷却的均匀性,铸坯表面和内部质量大幅度提高。 The solidification heat transfer model of beam blank was established based on the principles of heat transfer in the secondary cooling zone and the characteristics of the solidification heat transfer of beam blank;the model were corrected through the test of beam blank surface temperature and shell thickness on site,then the law of the surface temperature of beam blank with time during continuous casting was obtained.At the same time,the existing secondary cooling system was evaluated,and the reasonable secondary cooling technology was put forward.Through the optimization of second cooling technology,the uniformity of the secondary cooling is improved,and the surface quality and the internal quality of beam blank are greatly improved.
